This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines availability guidelines for ForgeKit edge CDN registries, sitemaps endpoints, and hosted playground nodes.
1. Target Availability
We aim to maintain an availability target of 99.9% for our public documentation and edge API controllers. Downtime does not cover failures caused by external CDN partners or serverless adapters.
2. Scheduled Maintenance
Uptime metrics do not include scheduled system upgrades. Notifications about scheduled maintenance will be posted on our status dashboard early.
